This was a pretty cool couple. Katie, the bride, is a film maker and she had this 1950's look to her that was super sophisticated yet fun. Katie and Michael rented a two floor apartment in downtown Manhattan, there they were able to accommodated their closest family and friends. They are such a cool couple and their wedding was just as fun and original as them. One fun thing that happened that night, was that President Obama was in town that day, so they even got lucky to enjoy a full spectacle of fireworks in the Hudson river during their reception. Thank You Mr. President!

Cora Turns 2 l Hudson Valley,New York Children Photographer
I have to say that this year was one of the most beautiful falls
I have seen since I lived in the Hudson Valley New York. I've been here 6 years and I truly loved
the colors and how amazing everything looked. Right before Hurricane Sandy did a whole lot
of mess, I was lucky enough to have a Family photography session with an incredibly fun 2 year old girl Cora. Cora’s Family is moving down south and before their
big move, her mom Veronica wanted to have this family session as a farewell to New York. It was
so much fun spending the morning with them at Storm King Art Center in upstate
NY. Cora was able to run around and played during the whole session. It’s like
she didn't even know I was taking pictures of her. I hope you enjoy the
pictures as much as I did!

In the beginning of the summer I had my first meeting
with Sammy and Kristyn, and I just instantly click with them, a young couple in
love who were telling their dreams for the wedding, I had one of those moments
were I felt we were the perfect fit. We were on the same page and I completely
understood their vision. I had had no idea that it would be even more beautiful
than I could have imagined.
Before we get into the photos, first a little word about
Sammy & Kristyn. I got to know them when I shot their engagement session in
Port Jervis at Sammy’s Family Camp, this is a beautiful location and I was just
picturing how beautiful it would be in the fall. They are a young and hard
working couple, full of dreams and goals and ready to start their new lives
together. During the photo session, they were totally relax and trusted me and
were willing to do what I asked of them, even if it seemed a little weird! I
LOVED every second of being with and photographing them.
Now, the Photos (there’s LOTS!) But I couldn’t help
myself, there were just so many fantastic images, I could not pick less.
Enjoy !
Oh, did I forget to show the cake setup? Why have one cake when you can have LOTS of different cupcakes that are delicious??

S&K, it was TRULY a pleasure to be there with you on your wedding day ! I hope that I captured it the way you remember it :)
