Wedding season will start this month here at Mariana Feely photography and I'm very excited for all the wonderful weddings and my amazing couples that will be getting married this year. My couples are genuine, fun and they can't to party like rock starts. I'm there just have fun with them and to documented all.

I have been working like a busy bee in some amazing projects and I can't wait to share them with you this month. One of them is the new Blog that I have been designing with the talented and amazing Mariana Gil from MStudio (Yes, we share the same awesome name ;) and I have to say it feels like this is a new beginning.

You are an amazing man an incredible husband and a super Daddy. Just by the fact you wake up at 4:45 am every day to go to work! God knows I could not do that. I thank you for the sacrifices you make to keep our family beautiful and our lifes worth every second. I promise I will try my best to get Patrick to sleep by himself so you can stop sleeping in the couch ;). It just might take a few sleepless night on my end.

Here is the most recent picture of us together in our trip to Las Vegas. Thank you for helping me make that dream come true. Even if it meant you had to give up some vacation days to let me go to conferences and classes for WPPI.

In this crazy, busy, messy life of ours you are my constant. I'm so blessed to have a man like you by my side.

Secret Surprise Proposal Photography Harriman NY

Every man should hire a photographer to secretly take pictures of his proposal! What girl doesn't want pictures of one of the greatest surprises of her life?

I received a call from Danielle (Brianna's Friend) about how they were scheming up a very special surprise. She told me they came up with the idea to do a surprise birthday party that would turn into an engagement party after Packy would propose to Brianna.

Family and friends planned everything out together, and took every precaution to keep the proposal a surprise – from inviting Brianna for a dinner out with friends, to making it look like everyone was busy out with plans. When she arrived to the house everyone yeld Happy Birthday !! and she looked totally confused and shocked...then Packy brought her the the Christmas tree and was down on one knee opening a special little box. She said, yes! The night was full of happy tears, smiles and loads of laughter. I loved being a part of such an incredible occasion and documenting this amazing moment in their life. Chateau Hathorn Warwick NY Fall Wedding Marcel and Adriana

I arrived to the chateau hathorn warwick ny for the getting ready photos of Marcel and Adriana as plan…but there was no sign of them. I waited for them as the flowers arrived and looked out the window, just to see misty rain and overcast skies. Finally, I get the news that Adriana’s limo has a flat tire, making everything at least 2 hours late …but great clients make undesirable circumstances something memorable. And for a day that started off with limo issues and not great it ended as a wonderful, sweet and emotional celebration. Not short of beautiful moments!.

As the ceremony started at Saint Andrew's Ukranian Catholic Church the sun came out and a beautiful fall light hit the fields surrounding the church the ceremony.

I look at their gorgeous portraits and you would never think our portrait time was cut short on the wedding day (10 minutes it took us to get all their portraits together before they had to go in for the announcements…now that is a personal record !)
